Refund Amount: 80% of the Early Bird ticket price (excluding the option fee) will be refunded. If you wish to include this option, please select "Add Protection" on the purchase screen.

Important Notes: Cancellations after ticket issuance are strictly not permitted, even with this option. Furthermore, tickets purchased without the "Flexible Cancellation Option" cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.

[Pickup Method and Procedure]

QR Code Preparation: After completing your purchase, a QR code will be sent to your registered email. You can also view your QR codes by logging into the Web Shop and navigating to "My Account" → "QR Code" (useful if the email does not arrive).

Issuance: On the day of use, please scan the QR code at the self-ticketing machine located near the ticket counter. If you purchased a Lunch Pack Pass, separate QR codes will be issued for your lift pass and meal voucher—be sure to scan both.

[Other Important Notes]

Identification: ID verification may be required when redeeming your tickets.

Prohibited Actions: Reselling, transferring, lending, or exchanging purchased tickets for cash is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use or misconduct will result in the ticket being invalidated.
