About Tickets with the “Flexible Cancellation Option”

By paying a small additional fee, you can cancel your ticket before it is issued.

This option is only available through our online shop.

Cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. You will receive 90% of the Early Bird ticket price (without the cancellation option). To add this protection, please select “Add Protection” on the web shop purchase page.

Important: Even with the “Flexible Cancellation Option,” tickets cannot be canceled after issuance.

Tickets purchased without this option are non-refundable.
※Season Pass Deposit: A ¥500 deposit is required when picking up your season pass (cash only). The deposit will be refunded when the pass is returned.

Adults: Junior high school students and older
Children: Elementary school students
Seniors: 60 years and older
Preschoolers (under 6 years old): Free

After completing your purchase, you will receive two emails at your registered address with the subjects: “QR Code for Your Ordered Items” and “Order Confirmation.”

The QR code attached to the “QR Code for Your Ordered Items” email serves as your season pass voucher.

When picking up your season pass, you will need to present the QR code either on your device or as a printed copy. (You can also display the QR code from your “My Account” page.)

Please bring the QR code, a valid ID, and a refundable deposit of 500 yen (cash) when collecting your season pass.

※Passes can be collected from the Season Pass Office on the 1st floor of the Tsugaike Gondola Lift “Eve” base station, after the ski resort opens.
