Season Pass Pickup at Tsugaike Mountain Resort

1. Prepare Your QR Code: After purchasing, have the “QR Code for Your Ordered Items” (season pass voucher) ready to present either on your device or as a printed copy. This will be sent to your email or can be found on your “My Account” page.

2. Where to Pick Up: Passes can be collected from the Season Pass Office on the 1st floor of the Tsugaike Gondola Lift “Eve” base station, after the ski resort opens.

A refundable deposit of ¥500 (cash only) Please note: If any of these three items are missing, we will be unable to issue your season pass.

Prohibited Actions: Purchased lift tickets cannot be resold, transferred, lent to others, or exchanged for cash. Any unauthorized use will result in the ticket being immediately voided.
